2019 Employee of the Year

The highest award you can win each year at the Caskey Group is the Employee of the Year. The only way you can win this honor is by your co-workers voting for you. It takes a special person to win this award. You must be someone who’s works well with others, shows leadership, and is willing to go above and beyond to win the award.
The 2019 employee of the year shows all these traits and more.
She started at the Caskey Group in February 2017. Just 3 short years ago.
She worked for several printing companies before coming to the Caskey Group. She has seen the good and bad within the industry. She graduated with a graphics degree, but she will tell you her strengths came from being self-taught with processes and software within her department. As the industry changed over the years, so did she. She didn’t have an easy path to get to where she is today. She earned her way here.
She’s grown a tremendous amount in the past 3 years. I feel Caskey Group was the first company that gave her the opportunity to shine – and that’s exactly what she’s done since joining the organization. She’s made the department she works in her own. The department is performing at the highest standards it’s ever performed.
There’s no other employee in the company that worked more weekends than the employee of the year. I witness emails constantly moving in and out on many Saturdays throughout the year. She’s dedicated to what she does for the company. She’s detailed oriented. She expects everyone around her to be at a high level of performance, so she can do her job well. And one of the key strengths she possesses that I truly admire is she’s constantly looking out for the best interest of the company.
She has a toughness or a hardness that she possesses, but I know there’s another side of her. I have seen the compassion in her this past December from being recognized for the work she performed.
She’s a wonderful leader in the PREMEDIA department, and I’m thankful she made the decision to come to work for us.
