Caskey Group’s 2014 Employee of the Year Is…

SWILER DELP is Caskey Group’s 2014 Employee of the Year!
For the fourth consecutive year, Caskey employees were invited to nominate an employee who best exemplifies the Caskey Group mission with his or her:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Great Attitude
- Extreme Reliability
- Willingness to Learn
- Overall Proficiency in their job, and
- Frequently Going Above and Beyond without being asked.
Swiler was one of 14 employees nominated for the honor. He earned the win with more nominations than any other employee.
Swiler graciously responded to his honor, “I think Abraham Lincoln said it best, ‘Don’t worry when you are not recognized, but strive to be worthy of recognition.’ It is an honor to receive the Caskey Group Employee of the Year award. I am earnestly grateful for the recognition I have received for my work, because I am very sure that every other nominee for this award was as capable of winning this award. Thanks again to my peers!”
Swiler’s supervisor, VP – Communications Jeff Yohn, commented on Swiler’s win, “When I first met Swiler Delp he was quiet and new to the industry. But it did not take him long to dive in and make a name for himself. He has always been one of those individuals that will create something to improve a process and reduce the time it takes. Swiler leads Caskey’s Data Integration Services for the mailing and marketing departments.
As the recipient of this award, Swiler will park in the Employee of the Year spot and receive a host of other prizes.
