Employee Of The Year

Carly Herb, the 2010 Employee-of-the-Year, started with Caskey in April 2005. Thirty-five percent of the employees voted for her.  One of her hobbies is playing music and she rides a Harley Davidson motorcycle.  Carly started in our Bindery working on various handwork applications.  She did a great job in the bindery and was moved to Small Press Operator.  Her ability to learn quickly is one of the main reasons she was promoted to the CD-74 Press Helper position.  She also assists in various tasks throughout the Premedia Department and moving forward with our growing Digital Department as needed.   When you describe Carly’s professional virtues, such as ‘great communication skills, ‘can-do attitude’, ‘reliability’, ‘willingness to learn’, ‘goes above and beyond without being asked’ quickly come to mind. It really takes a special person to have all these traits.  This year’s Employee-of-the-Year has proven to have all these qualities and she is an inspiration to all.
