                                           Although 2020’s challenges were unpredictable, the Caskey team was steadfast in our
                                           determination to meet our clients’ shifting needs and help their businesses survive this year.
                                           More than 100 new clients chose to partner with Caskey this year.

                                           We used video conferencing technology to continue meeting with clients in 2020. While I’m
                                           grateful that this option was available to us, we are all looking forward to getting back to
                                           in-person meetings and tours in 2021. At the start of 2020, we completed our new building
                                           expansion featuring a state-of-the-art showroom with apparel samples, promotional samples,
                                           and demonstrations of our wide range of indoor and outdoor signage products – including our
                                           interactive floor.

                                           upgraded all of our clients to our new responsive, mobile-friendly digital storefronts. They are a
                                           great way to sell direct to customers – everything from apparel to books – and they are also a
                                           great way to centralize the creation, distribution, and inventory management of marketing
                                           collateral or other items. (Take a look at this issue’s customer success story featuring Capital
                                           Caring, for a great example.) Every new storefront we create will take advantage of this new,
                                           easy-to-use technology.
