How did we do in 2015?
Pretty darn well, according to our new customers acquired during 2015!
At Caskey, we are deeply concerned with meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations, and we welcome their feedback. It’s always nice to pass along customer kudos to our team for a job well done, but we also recognize that constructive criticism is necessary and extremely valuable to our growth. Good, or not-so-good, we want to hear it!
As one method to gauge how well we have serviced our customers, Caskey sends out New Customer Surveys to first-time clients after the completion of their initial project. We ask each customer to rank us on a scale of 1 to 4 (1 = Needs Improvement and 4 = Excellent) in areas such as Overall Experience, Quality, Customer Service, Meeting Customer Schedule and Adherence to Budget, amongst others.
Now that 2015 has come to a close, the results are in (drumroll, please!)…
Caskey Group scored 3.74 out of 4 in customer satisfaction for 2015! We were also pleased to accept some great constructive feedback and many wonderful compliments from our customers. Next year (again), we have our eye on the prize – a solid 4.0! Here’s to a fantastic 2016!
